Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I began cutting hair in 2001 at the age of 18, driven by a personal experience of not being able to get regular haircuts. I know firsthand how it feels to be teased about your appearance, and it’s this experience that shaped my mission: to uplift men of all ages through skilled barbering, meaningful conversations, and providing a welcoming space where clients feel at home.

In 2007, I moved to Atlanta, and now, I cut hair full-time in College Park as the proud owner of Handsome Academy Studio. My goal is to offer more than just haircuts—I provide personalized consultations, helping clients understand their hair’s strengths and weaknesses while suggesting styles that elevate their look and confidence.

Handsome Academy Studio is more than just a barbershop. It’s a space where we build each other up. “Handsome” represents how I see my clients in a world where negativity is all too common. “Academy” symbolizes the education I provide, guiding clients on hair growth, maintenance, and styling to improve their overall aesthetic. “Studio” is where we handle business, share laughs, and create a positive environment focused on growth, support, and entertainment.

I operate by appointment only, to ensure a safe and focused space for both clients and myself. First responders, senior citizens, students, and more can benefit from my discounts, as I strive to offer my skills at an affordable price.
